Saltimbocca with creamy ravioli

Layer a piece of prosciutto over veal. Fry in a buttered pan, proscuitto side down. Turn and cook other side.

Deglaze pan by adding more butter, marsala and white wine. Top over veal. Top with a piece of sage

For ravioli,  boil as per packet.  Drain and add thickened cream and marsala.

Serve with cracked pepper.
