Chicken Curry

Who doesn’t like curry? Exactly!  And when I make this, I make alot of it to freeze and as you can see have it for lunch.

So, simply lightly fry diced chicken.  To that add curry paste,  coconut milk or cream, fish sauce and lime juice. Serve with boiled rice and top with coriander.  (Today I am having it with the leftover pea and coriander rice I made )
