Today I made two different dips. .. the one on the left is a roasted capsicum dip and the one of the right is an asparagus dip.
So for the capsicum dip, to a food processor add store bought roasted capsicum, greek yogurt & a dashnof smoked paprika. Process and serve.
For the asparagus dip, again to the food processor ( yes definitely a best friend) add a tub of sour cream, tin of drained asaragus and a sachet of spring vegetable. Process. This dip is best served warm.
Too easy…too yummy…serve with pita bread, lebanese bread, crackers or vegies
