Cruncy chicken and noodle bake


Well tonight I made this and again it was so easy and scrumptious.  I left the chicken drumsticks  in buttermilk overnight.  Then dipped it into the flour mixture which I made of plain flour, 5 chinese spice and chilli flakes. I repeated the process so it becomes more crunchy and then cooked them and in a deep fryer. I then drained them and baked for about 20 mins or fully cooked.

The  noodle bake was 2 packets of 2 minute noodles made accordingly but without the flavouring. Drain then add the flavouring,  chopped shallots and bacon and 4 beaten eggs. Season well and pour into a greased paper lined tray.  Bake for about 30 minutes and then slice into pieces. Serve with sweet chilli sauce – optional
